You will play a key role in overseeing clinical teams across various locations, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of top-tier services to our clients. This position also entails assisting the clinical director with the oversight of the region and other additional tasks, such as trainings, and supporting newer BCBAs with clinical decisions and consultations.

Your role will also involve supervising, training, and managing behavior technicians, utilizing your expertise and training to facilitate success for both clients and staff.
Requirements:
BCBA certification
Master’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work or rehabilitation
2-3 years experience working as a behavior technician implementing ABA interventions with children with autism
1-year experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training parents and technicians on how to implement these interventions
Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB
Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA
Spanish speaking a Plus!
Responsibilities:
Program Design and Oversight:
Skillfully design and supervise applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs tailored for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other special needs.
Training Expertise:
Provide comprehensive training to behavior technicians, parents, and fellow professionals, ensuring effective implementation of ABA treatment plans.
Regional Supervision:
Conduct face-to-face supervision for clients within your region who have secured funding for BCBA supervision.
Client Team Meetings:
Lead client team meetings to update treatment plans, offering support to behavior technicians and parents within the team.
Goal Setting and Assessment:
Assess clients' treatment needs and meticulously craft detailed goals and objectives for each client's treatment plan, facilitating measurable progress tracking.
Assessment and Reporting:
Perform assessments (both initial and ongoing) and produce progress reports for each client's funding source.
Meeting Participation:
Attend IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings, presenting the client's present level of performance, progress on current goals, and proposed goals.
Collaboration and Consultation:
Collaborate with parents and school personnel, including SLPs, OTs, PTs, through in-person consultations, phone calls, or video sessions.
Performance Evaluation and Counseling:
Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide career counseling for behavior technicians under your supervision.
Supervision and Management:
Supervise, train, and manage behavior technicians effectively, ensuring a high standard of performance.
Adaptability:
Undertake any additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the overall success of the team.
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
