Rubric Behavioral and Educational Services is seeking a full time, part time or contracted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Rubric employs a wholistic approach to their practice, working closely not only with the client but also with their family, caregivers, and other service providers. Rubric follows their client’s lead in terms of interests and preferences during therapy to create a naturalistic and fun, play based learning environment rather than contriving rigid learning settings. They also prioritize creating a supportive and sustainable work environment that will allow their employees to provide the highest quality services to their clients.

Who are we looking for?

Rubric is seeking BCBAs that share their values and prioritization of the clients and quality of care. Rubric would like to grow their team with individuals who value the science of ABA as well as respect the complexities of human behavior. An ideal candidate would be one that is collaborative with the team, has strong communication skills, and can adapt their clinical work to best suit the needs of the client as a whole.

Role Specifics:

We are currently hiring for an in-home position as well as contracted school based services.

Job Types Available: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
