We are looking for a talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the school year.
Responsibilities would include:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to develop data-driven intervention plans.
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support students with behavioral and developmental needs.
- Provide direct support and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff on behavior management strategies.
- Monitor and analyze student progress and behavioral data to adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with IEP teams, special education staff, and parents to develop individualized student support plans.
- Train staff and caregivers on applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and behavior reinforcement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Colorado Department of Education (CDE) and IDEA guidelines.
- Maintain confidential records and documentation per state and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider License (if required for school-based roles).
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.
