Responsibilities: • Develop treatment plans based on the patient's values, goals, and health using comments from the patient's treatment team and support system • Ensure that all relevant clinical information is documented properly and sent to the patient, their referring healthcare provider, and the treatment team • Support patients and their families with evidence-based therapy in both group and individual settings • Conduct phone wellness checks on a regular basis to enquire about behavioral health and medication compliance from patients • Evaluate client needs and create individual interventions while establishing person-centered goals for behavior modifications Qualifications: • 1-3 years in a clinical setting working with behavioral health patients is required • Missouri state license or provisionally licensed BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly
