Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba)
We are looking for a skilled entry-level BCBA or BCaBA with some experience providing and supervising ABA programs for children with autism. The right candidate can work independently, has good attention to detail, is able to initiate and manage multiple projects. We are first and foremost an agency with diverse work opportunities. Responsibilities: • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors and develop individualized treatment plans • Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers on implementing behavior plans effectively • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior interventions and make data-based decisions Qualifications: • Current BCBA or BCaBA Certification in good standing • Documented Supervision & Training experience • Desire to be involved in client outreach and Community Events • A minimum of 2 years experience providing direct services to individuals with complex behavior challenges • We offer competitive wages, compensation for travel time. and supervision and support from highly experienced licensed psychologists.
