What You'll Do
- Administer assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Functional Analyses) and create detailed behavior intervention plans.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians to deliver effective ABA interventions.
- Regularly monitor client progress and adjust programming to meet individualized goals.
- Collaborate with caregivers to develop customized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
Qualifications
- Required :
- Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with autism in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Preferred :
* Strong understanding of the BACB Ethical Code and HIPAA practices.
* Proficiency in using visual analysis for program monitoring and development.
