Seeking a BCBA with a pediatric focused company supervising center and home based ABA services. Opportunities for advancement! Key Responsibilities:
Client-Centered Services:
Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to individual client needs.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Leadership & Supervision:
Provide effective supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Lead team meetings and contribute to professional development initiatives.
Collaboration:
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and developmental therapists to create comprehensive care plans.
Communicate regularly with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and progress.
Program Development & Improvement:
Participate in ongoing program evaluation and contribute ideas to improve service delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile
A strong candidate for this role will have:
A Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) with relevant state licensure.
1-3 years experience in applied behavior analysis
Leadership Qualities:
Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of RBTs.
