This position supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducts functional behavior assessments, writes behavior intervention plans, and provides behavior training for all staff members.
Qualifications:
s Education: Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (or similar field with a focus in ABA)
s Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)
s Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience with ABA, five years or more preferred.

Required Credentials:
s All employees must pass a background screening and drug test for employment.
s Must complete 8-hour supervision training within 90 days of hire.

s Assist with the implementation of behavior plans
s Collect, graph, and analyze data
s Provide supervision of RBTs to meet BACB standards
s Review and sign RBT treatment notes
s Consult and provide training for parents and teachers
s Participate in in-service programs and present in-service programs as assigned
s Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures
s Participate with all other health care personnel in patient care planning
s Instruct patients and family/significant others in-home programs and protocols
s Attend all required meetings and patient care conferences as scheduled
s Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
s Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information
s Immediately report to the supervisor any patient incidents/variances or complaints
s Maintain current CPR certification
s Comply with Easterseals policies and procedures utilizing the highest standards of personal and professional ethics and behavior
s Demonstrate good judgment, diplomacy, courtesy, and effective communication while working at Easter Seals or when representing the organization
s Other duties as assigned
