Join Our Team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
As a BCBA, you will take on a leadership position, guiding a team of therapists while managing a caseload of 5-10 clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting skills and behavioral assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing supervision and training to aspiring BCBA candidates and Lead Therapists.
Key Responsibilities:
· Adhere to HIPPA and BCBA ethics and standards
· Conduct comprehensive skills and behavioral assessments.
· Supervise and train therapists, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
· Stay current with ABA research to enhance program effectiveness.
· Document all procedures and draft quarterly progress reports that highlight each child’s strengths, challenges, and future goals.
· Develop skills acquisition and social skills programs tailored to individual needs.
· Conducts intake interviews and creates recommendations for comprehensive services
· Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community members to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.
· Complete regular administrative and caseload duties such as binder maintenance, case managing, scheduling, staff training, etc.
· Maintain an average billable time quota of 25 hours per week (Documented on timesheet)
· Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
· Must hold a BCBA certification.
· Must hold TX TDLR BCBA license.
· Must have active BCBA malpractice insurance.
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in ABA methodologies.
· Proficiency in techniques such as Discrete Trial Training, Verbal Behavior Approach, Pivotal Response Treatment, and Natural Environment Teaching.
· Additional certifications or licenses are a plus (i.e., QBS, CPI, etc.…)
Work Environment: You will thrive in a dynamic environment, engaging with clients who may exhibit challenging behaviors. This role requires physical stamina, as you may need to lift up to 35 lbs. and be active throughout the day.

Compensation and Benefits:
· $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience
