Job Description:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s (BCBA) primary responsibility is to ensure the quality and effective implementation of all treatment and programming for clients. BCBAs will also have multi-level management responsibilities in the areas of therapist and center management, while maintaining compliance of standardized protocols and procedures. This position reports to the assigned Clinical Director.
Responsibilities:
Full-Time 8:30am-3:30pm
Supervise client caseload of up to 8 clients
Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and design and create top quality individualized treatment programs based off these assessments
Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports for tracking and auditing purposes
Assist with the development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of daily social skills group
Provide supervision for students approved programs (e.g., RBT, BCBA, and BCaBA)
Train clinical staff to ensure appropriate implementation of treatment plans and behavior support plans
Train family members to ensure appropriate implementation of treatment plans and behavior support plans (e.g., individual and group parent trainings)
Evaluate effectiveness of the behavior intervention plan by means of direct observation, analyzing data, and making necessary adjustments and updates to optimize progress
Conduct regular mentor meetings and established performance evaluations for clinical staff and provide feedback in areas of strength or improvement
Maintain positive, excellence-driven culture amongst therapists, clients, and their families
Preferred Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required
1+ years in a supervisor level position preferred
Established management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong verbal and written communication skills
