    About Us:

    Golden Touch ABA is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for clients and their families through effective behavioral interventions and compassionate, collaborative care.

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced BCBA to join our team. The BCBA will oversee the development, implementation, and supervision of individualized treatment plans to improve client outcomes. This role involves working closely with clients, families, and a team of ABA professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct Assessments : Evaluate clients needs to determine behavioral requirements and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Design ABA Curriculum : Create, review, and regularly update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
    • Supervise and Train : Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals, ensuring consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans.
    • Collaborate : Work with families, and professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs.
    • **** Monitor and Adjust : Meet regularly with the treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes.
    • Data Analysis : Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes to ensure optimal client outcomes.
    • Clinical Review : Review reports and session notes regularly to maintain high standards of care.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
    • Certification: Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
    • Licensure: Must have applicable state licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
    • Experience: Minimum of two years of work experience providing ABA therapy is preferred.
    • Skills: Ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress effectively.
    • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Commitment: Dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and promoting positive outcomes.
    • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes or other clinic locations based on client caseload.
