Insight Behavior Partnership, a locally owned and BHCOE accredited ABA agency in Denver, Colorado, seeks a skilled, compassionate, and creative behavior analyst to join our team. In October 2018, after many years working together at a large Colorado non-profit, our core team of four analysts and one administrative specialist founded the organization we had always envisioned:

A company dedicated to delivering the highest quality ABA services to individuals and families in need of such support.

An organization that carefully and selectively hires the most qualified BCBAs and RBTs, based on aligned values and professional interests.

A company where each BCBA contributes to the development of clinical and organizational systems, incorporating input from ALL team members, to help achieve our shared vision.

A team characterized by transparency and effective communication, with employees supporting one another through shared challenges and successes.

An organizational and leadership structure that enables collective decision-making on resource allocation to support the team, without complex hierarchies or boards, and no outside investors; it is a joint effort where everyone has a voice.

We are expanding our team to ensure high-quality supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians and maintain reasonable caseloads for clinical quality and work/life balance.

Is IBP the right company for you? We are looking for a BCBA who...

Is dedicated to teaming and collaborating with other BCBAs, while supporting RBTs as valuable team members. We have a unique co-treatment model that appeals to BCBAs who appreciate learning from one another and being part of a genuine team.

Demonstrates confidence and experience in applying the principles of ABA, while practicing the science with humility. We are all human and seeking assistance and guidance while recognizing personal limitations is integral to our culture.

Is eager to work with under-served populations, collaborate with other disciplines and providers, and consider innovative ways, within our scope of practice, to serve our community.

Enjoys working with individuals who have complex needs, including cognitive and neurological differences, psychiatric disorders, histories of trauma, and socio-economic challenges.

Embraces a holistic approach to treatment, incorporating positive psychology and Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) within the framework of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We implement ABA practices in a progressive and non-coercive manner.

We were the first locally owned company in Colorado to earn full BHCOE accreditation on our first try, and we have recently been reaccredited and added Training Site accreditation as well. We look forward to sharing details from our internal surveys and accreditation review, to help interested applicants get a sense of who we are, how we treat our BCBA's and RBT's, and the clinical quality we practice.
