Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Part Time Key Connections ABA Services, LLC
The BCBA leads the development and implementation of ABA services, conducting behavioral assessments (e.g., functional analyses, Vineland, ABLLS-R) and designing treatment plans based on research. The BCBA trains and supervises Assistant Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and other team members, ensuring effective implementation of interventions. Regular data-based progress monitoring and client supervision are key responsibilities, as well as training parents and guardians.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
BCBA certification and LABA license in Massachusetts
Minimum 1-year experience with individuals with special needs
Knowledge of behavior interventions, ethics, and developmental processes
Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms
Responsibilities:
Assess and respond to behavioral situations in an ethical manner
Manage crisis situations and aggressive behaviors
Supervise treatment sessions and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals
Oversee ABA programs, parent training, and staff supervision
Complete billable hours, session notes, and client reports
Participate in professional development and agency meetings
Availability: Weekdays and evenings

Additional Requirements:
Complete orientation and maintain BCBA/LABA certifications
First Aid/CPR, HIPAA training, and other required certifications
