**Salary Range:** $85,000 – $95,000+ DOE
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in West Phoenix near 59th Ave and Camelback
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges achieve their full potential.
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
**Key Responsibilities:** – Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments. – Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results. – Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other team members. – Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis. – Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans. – Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). – Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
**Qualifications:**
– Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
\-- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
1 year of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a clinical/center based setting
– Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies. – Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
– Proficiency in data collection and analysis software.
