This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our services while working in a collaborative, clinic-based environment located in a commercial building.

The BCBA will oversee the development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans, provide supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs, and work closely with our Clinical Operations Director, a Special Education Teacher, to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. With a maximum of 7-8 clients and a team of dedicated professionals, the clinic provides an intimate setting to focus on meaningful, individualized care.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

A strong passion for delivering exceptional ABA services and improving client outcomes.

Leadership skills to inspire and guide a team of RBTs and BCaBAs while fostering professional growth.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop, evaluate, and refine effective treatment plans.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with families, staff, and interdisciplinary team members.

A commitment to RWA’s innovative and non-traditional approach to ABA services.

    Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for clients.

Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs.

Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure client success.

Foster a collaborative, positive clinic culture that prioritizes teamwork and innovation.

Communicate effectively with families, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment in treatment goals.

At RWA, we do things differently, and that’s been the key to our success and high retention rates for both clients and staff. If you’re ready to lead a team, embrace innovation, and make a lasting impact in the field of ABA, we invite you to join us as our BCBA.
