Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to hit the ground running, working directly with clients, families, and school staff to implement effective ABA programs. This position offers a hybrid work model with a combination of in-home, clinic, and school-based services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
- Supervise and support a team of RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians).
- Provide ongoing training and coaching for RBTs, caregivers, and educators.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school staff to ensure continuity of care across environments.
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and prepare detailed reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with ethical standards set by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) and the Arizona licensing requirements for LBAs.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
- Must hold an LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) license in the state of Arizona, or be eligible for licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA in a clinical, in-home, or school setting.
- Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- School-based experience is a strong plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
