**Salary Range:** $85,000 - $100,000
ABA Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at the North Scottsdale Center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges achieve their full potential. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
**Key Responsibilities:**
\- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
\- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
\- Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
\- Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis.
\- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans.
\- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
\- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
**Qualifications:**
\- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
\- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
\- At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a clinical setting.
\- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
\- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
\- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
\- Proficiency in data collection and analysis software.
