EB Pediatric Resources, a pediatric therapy group in business for over 20 years in Chicago, is seeking to hire a full-time BCBA! We are looking for a BCBA who is flexible in their outlook and can collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible intervention for pediatric clients and their families. We would love to have a BCBA who is open to incorporating multidisciplinary techniques to support global development.

The BCBA handles the following responsibilities:

Conduct intakes and various descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments (e.g., functional analyses) and skill-based assessments (e.g., Vineland, ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.);

Provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results in formal assessment report;

Meet with parents to discuss report and determine treatment goals;

Design comprehensive ABA treatment plans based off of evidence-based practices and behavior analytic research literature;

Submit all reports and assessments to insurance providers as needed to authorize services;

Build/collaborate/organize ABA Schedules in conjunction with multidisciplinary team and caregivers;

Be able to conduct direct behavioral services in individual and group sessions, when needed;

Provide training and supervision to support staff (BCaBAs, RBTs, and other ABA therapists);

Provide training and support to parents/caregivers, and other applicable support staff;

Supervise and monitor treatment progress of clients through data-based progress monitoring;

Remain proficient in ABA techniques (e.g. DTT, NET, preference assessments, etc.) and current evidence-based practices;

Proficient in developing and using various communication methods, visual support systems, and reinforcement systems.
