    Position Overview: As a Product Specialist at Skier’s Marine, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect boat to match their needs and preferences. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the sales process, providing expert advice on our diverse range of boats, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience.     Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers to understand their boating needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations based on our product range.

    Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the boats we offer, including MasterCraft, Supra, Moomba, Chaparral, Boston Whaler, Sylvan, and Premier, to effectively answer customer questions and provide expert guidance.

    Sales Process: Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, including negotiating terms, preparing sales agreements, and coordinating delivery.

    Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

    Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our boats.

    Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive sales, utilizing CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.

    Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

    Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.

    Qualifications:

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

    Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marine or automotive industry; previous experience as a sales consultant is advantageous. Must have extensive boating experience.

    Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
