We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, have strong attention to detail, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a boba barista, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our guests.

Skills

• Able to work well and efficiently with others as a team
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest service
• Ability to work well in a team environment and help out where needed
• Proficient in basic food preparation techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare boba and other beverages following the company recipe

Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions

Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner

Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues

Process payments using the POS system handling transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and organization of cafe areas

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Pay is minimum wage + tips.

Expected to open between the end of October and beginning of November

Pay: From $12-15 per hour
