INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE: ACCOUNT MANAGER

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Educating and selling to prospective patients. This critical sales role supports new patient growth for integrative and functional medicine doctors. We represent practitioners all over the country, contacting interested and potential patients by phone to provide program solutions and clinical information regarding Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and overall wellness.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with interested prospects via phone – averaging approximately 100+ calls per day
• Provide clear details to prospects and/or patients with ease during the course of conversation
• Ensure a superior patient experience with documentation, follow up, and any additional administrative actions
• Support strong communication and working relationships with all team members, interdepartmental staff, and franchise physicians/office staff

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years minimum of consultative sales experience with history of outbound calling and proven results in meeting metrics/goals.
• Self-motivated and results oriented with performance accountability
• Experience selling tangible or intangible products with collection of upfront costs/fees.
• Highly articulate and persuasive verbal and written communication and listening skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn, retain, and articulate information providing both scripted and unscripted responses on appropriate subject matter
• Strong computer skills with intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Outlook
• Additional language skills and/or college level education are beneficial

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

Base Pay: $43,600 per year

Bonus Pay:

• Paid Monthly
• 14% targeted monthly bonus at 100% of goal
• Opportunity up to 55% for crushing goal - and even higher with team and region bonuses which are also paid monthly.

• 8 hour shift

• Some overtime
