JOB TITLE: INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
DEPARTMENT: PATIENT SALES
REPORTS TO: SALES MANAGER
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Educating & Selling to patients. A critical sales role, supporting new patient growth for integrative and functional medicine doctors. We represent practitioners all over the country, contacting potential patients by phone to provide program solutions and clinical information regarding their interest in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and overall wellness.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ENGAGE WITH PROSPECTS VIA PHONE – AVERAGING APPROXIMATELY 100+ CALLS PER DAY
- ACHIEVE MONTHLY SALES TARGETS BY SIGNING NEW PATIENTS
- Display flexibility and willingness to accept constant changes to processes and procedures
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for workflow and communications
- Maintain a high level of treatment knowledge, policies, and procedures; continual learning and training as required
- Provide clear and explicit details to prospects and/or patients with ease during the course of conversation
- Accountable for appropriate documentation, follow up, and any additional administrative actions to ensure a superior patient experience
- Ability to support strong working relationships with all team members, interdepartmental staff, and franchise physicians/office staff
- Communicate appropriately and efficiently with staff members, prospects, and patients
QUALIFICATIONS
- AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF CONSULTATIVE SALES EXPERIENCE WITH HISTORY OF OUTBOUND CALLING AND PROVEN RESULTS IN MEETING METRICS/GOALS.
- EXPERIENCE SELLING TANGIBLE OR INTANGIBLE PRODUCTS BY COLLECTING UPFRONT COSTS/FEES.
- Highly articulate and persuasive verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn, retain, and articulate information providing both scripted and unscripted responses on appropriate subject matter
- Ability to multi-task and deliver accurate, concise information across multiple subject matters
- Ability to perform in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and results oriented with performance accountability
- Well-developed decision-making and technical skills
- Strong computer ability with intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Outlook
- Bilingual a plus
- High School or equivalent is preferred - College level education is a plus
Pay: From $42,000.00 per year + 20% targeted bonus with more possible for exceeding target
