Body Shop Coordinator – Bosco’s Automotive 📍 Location: 4 Simon Road, Enfield, CT 06082 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM 💵 Pay: Weekly

Bosco’s Automotive is currently seeking a Body Shop Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Enfield, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and body shop experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Write accurate and timely body shop estimates

Maintain consistent and professional communication with customers and insurance companies

Order and bill all necessary parts

Process repairs and supplements promptly

Coordinate repair workflow with our mechanical department

Communicate promised delivery dates and job status updates

What We’re Looking For:

Strong knowledge of auto body repair process

Experience with estimating software (CCC One preferred)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities

Team player with a problem-solving mindset

This is a full-time, in-person role with a regular Monday through Friday schedule. Pay is weekly, with additional benefits and compensation details to be discussed during the interview.
