Position Overview:

As the Body Shop Foreman, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met and production deadlines are achieved. You’ll manage a team of technicians, coordinate workflow, and serve as a key leader in maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Quality Control: Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations before delivery.

Production Management: Coordinate daily workflow to meet production deadlines, allocating tasks to technicians efficiently.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to technicians, fostering a high-performance work environment.

Workplace Safety: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Customer Satisfaction: Address customer concerns regarding repairs and maintain open communication to ensure satisfaction.

Inventory Oversight: Monitor tools, equipment, and materials to ensure availability and proper maintenance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a body shop or automotive repair setting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and industry standards.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Ability to lead a team, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work culture.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Proficiency in production scheduling and workflow management.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
