We are looking for a Collision Center Manager who’s ready to lead, generate growth, and make an impact in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
What you will do:
Drive business and growth in the collision center.
Lead and motivate a team of body shop technicians, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Write complete, detailed and accurate estimates on body shop quotes.
Implement and maintain high-quality repair and bodywork standards.
Manage daily operations of the collision center, including workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Create and manage efficiencies with the technicians to ensure proper job planning.
Manage collision center admin to ensure parts and materials necessary for repairs are ordered and received timely.
Ensure the collision center complies with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
Communicate frequently with customers, insurance companies, and internal management to provide updates on repairs and estimates timely.
Resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Work with upper management as needed to help resolve issues.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Experience Expectations:
2+ years’ experience in heavy-duty collision center repair and/or collision center management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
An ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skilled in modern diagnostics, repair tools, techniques, and equipment.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and driven to exceed customer expectations.
