    Responsibilities

    The Bogar Pilkington Group, a team of specialists out of the Keller Williams Realty DTC office, services real estate buyers, sellers and investors throughout the Denver Metro area. We are one of the fastest growing real estate teams in Denver and have been the #1 Keller Williams Team in gross commission income in Colorado 3 years running.

    As a Buyer Specialist at The Bogar Pilkington Group, you will:

    • Tenaciously prospect for, qualify and follow-up with buyer leads.
    • Determine your buyers home buying needs and match them with a home.
    • Act as an intermediary between your buyer and listing agent/seller.
    • Create documents such as representation contracts and purchase agreements.
    • Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales.
    • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.
    • Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year.
    • "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice.
    • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents.

    As a Listing Specialist at The Bogar Pilkington Group, you will:

    • Tenaciously prospect for, qualify and follow-up with seller leads.
    • Act as an intermediary between your seller and buyer's agent/buyer.
    • Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales.
    • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.
    • Guide 100 seller clients through the home selling process each year.
    • Respond to all listing leads/requests.
    • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers.
    • Create documents such as representation contracts and purchase agreements.
    • Act as an intermediary between your seller and buyer's agent/buyer.
    • Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes.
    • "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice.
    • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents.
    • Become an expert in assisting and guiding Sellers.

    Qualifications

    • Have, be working on, or willing to get a Colorado Real Estate license
    • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude.
    • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
    • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude.
    • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals.
    • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs.
    • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review.

    • Show good organizational and time management skills.
