We are seeking a Boiler Operator to join our team! You will oversee boiler operation and maintenance, electrical work, and facility upkeep. Benefits: • Rotating Shift Work • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance • Paid Holidays • Paid Trainings Responsibilities: • Safely operate and control multiple boilers across different types of fuels. • Preventative maintenance of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, and support equipment. • Pump maintenance as well as piping and valve needs. • Daily checks and logs during the shift to ensure optimum operation including water testing and chemical additions. • Troubleshoot and repair equipment in the scope of operation. • Electrical work as needed- 24 volt DC control voltage up to 480 volt 3 phase AC to include switches and VFDs • Facility upkeep and improvements. • Ability to learn and train others on the plant system. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years plant boiler/ powerhouse operation. • Basic skills in welding, pipefitting, electrical maintenance, and power tools. • Ability to work around process chemicals. • Ability to handle physical workload. • Understanding of powerhouse equipment and continual improvement process. Compensation: $35+ hourly DOE
