Sales Associates are the backbone of the Bolla Market operation. Bolla Markets and their in-store brands rely on Sales Associates to provide outstanding customer service, maintain a clean & organized facility, stock and track inventory, and operate the register. Bolla Market expects our store employees to demonstrate reliability and integrity, greet customers with a smile, and maintain the Bolla Market standard of excellence.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

· Provide quick, efficient and courteous service to all customers

· Prepare & handle food items in a safe and efficient manner

· Effectively communicate with customers to increase sales & customer loyalty

· Maintain store image and ensure it is up to par with Bolla Market standards

· Effectively and accurately handle cash register to ring up sales

· Perform all standard jobs for the role, including cleaning and sanitizing

· Keep track of inventory and stock merchandise (with proper training)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-year previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
