Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative and financial tasks.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Utilize financial software, specifically QuickBooks and Printers Plan, to input data and generate reports.
Conduct account reconciliations.
Provide general clerical support, including filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries by answering phones and scheduling deliveries.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a financial or accounting environment.
Proficiency in financial software, particularly Quickbooks and Printers Plan is desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
