Key Responsibilities:
📌 Daily Tasks:
Process mail & enter received payments (cash, credit, checks, finance)
Deposit payments at the end of each day
Enter & pay vendor bills (after management approval)
Manage customer accounts & invoicing
Reconcile bank transactions & monitor cash flow
📌 Weekly/Biweekly Tasks:
Process & review payroll through ADP
Generate financial reports (cash flow, profit & loss)
Submit & pay workers' compensation when applicable
📌 Monthly & Year-End Tasks:
Perform bank & credit card reconciliations
Prepare balance sheets & financial reports
Assist in tax filings & coordinate with accountants
Maintain business licenses, insurance policies & vehicle registrations
📌 Additional Duties:
HR tasks (employee onboarding, time tracking, payroll deductions)
Insurance management (driver & vehicle updates, claims, audits)
Office management (service requests, office supplies, scheduling)
What We’re Looking For: ✔ Experience: Bookkeeping, payroll, and finance experience required ✔ Skills: QuickBooks, Service Titan, ADP Payroll, and strong attention to detail ✔ Work Ethic: Highly organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines ✔ Bonus: Experience in the service or plumbing industry is a plus!
