Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately manage and maintain comprehensive financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial projections to support business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver detailed monthly financial reports, supporting year-end closing procedures with precision.
- Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to analyze financial data and uphold compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient financial audits.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all financial and personnel information.
- Address any billing discrepancies by contacting vendors promptly and ensuring timely resolution
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Online Quickbooks or Desktop) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
