We are a growing Commercial Cleaning organization located in Romeoville, IL. We are currently seeking an individual who is Honest, organized, Humble. Experience in a small business and Proficient in QuickBooks Accounting Software. For (20-25 hours/week with flexibility in schedule) This position could develop into FT.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, including preparation of monthly invoices and maintaining client and vendor records.

Using Quickbooks for Payroll & Payroll taxes

Month-end reconciliation; review for accuracy and prepare monthly financial reports and journal entries

General Ledger maintenance

Maintain company contracts, vendor, and other accounting files

Will report directly to the President of the company.

Assist the President with any needs regarding scheduling, meetings, organization, direction, and communication with the staff of the company.

Qualified candidates must have

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of financial concepts.

Excellent analytical, organizational, with reasoning skills.

Extensive knowledge of generally accepted Accounting Principals

Proficient in QuickBooks Accounting Software

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Highly organized and detail oriented

Strong verbal and written communication and strong customer service orientation-Ability to work with minimal supervision

Additional/Enhanced Qualifications

2-4 years of small business experience

Human Resources and/or Payroll experience.
