We are a growing Commercial Cleaning organization located in Romeoville, IL. We are currently seeking an individual who is Honest, organized, Humble. Experience in a small business. Qualified candidates must have excellent analytical, organizational, with reasoning skills.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, including preparation of monthly invoices and maintaining client and vendor records.
Payroll, Payroll taxes
Month-end reconciliation; review for accuracy and prepare monthly financial reports and journal entries
General Ledger maintenance
Maintain company contracts, vendor, and other accounting files
Will report directly to the President of the company.
Assist the President with any needs regarding scheduling, meetings, organization, direction, and communication with the staff of the company.
Assist the President with any personal management needs.
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of generally accepted Accounting Principals
Proficient in Quickbooks Accounting Software
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong verbal and written communication and strong customer service orientation-Ability to work with minimal supervision
Additional/Enhanced Qualifications
2-4 years of small business experience
