Job Summary
This is a part time position working 3 to 5 hours a day, 3 or 4 days a week, estimate of 15 to 20 per week. We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper with Accounts Payable, Payroll and Admin to join our team. In this role, you will maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include accounts payable in Quickbooks Desktop, payroll in ADP, and Admin duties such as HR hiring, maintaining handbook, completing tax forms and maintaining website.. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.
Responsibilities
Enter financial data and transactions
Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
Analyze budgets and other financial information
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Complete required tax forms and licenses
Keep website updated
Qualifications
Previous experience as a bookkeeper, or similar position
Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
