We are currently looking for a part-time or full-time bookkeeper to join our fun and hard working consulting team. This position will support our clients in a variety of industries. While this position will be remote, we do require that you reside in Washington state.
HRK Advisors is a growing, women-owned organization, providing human resource management and consulting, talent acquisition, and bookkeeping services to our amazing clients across the Pacific Northwest.
Duties and responsibilities: • Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, payment of invoices, daily bank reconciling, monthly and quarterly taxes • Accounts Receivable: Billing, daily deposits, credit card processing, posting payments and collections • Payroll/Human Resource: Payroll prep, processing payroll through 3rd party payroll service, posting payroll and quarterly taxes. May assist new employees with intro to client policies and completing paperwork. Coordinating and enrolling client-employees onto medical insurance and other benefit plans. • Sales: May assist with communicating with potential clients. • Provide financial information to client CPA for financial statements.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities: • 5+ years of well-rounded bookkeeping experience • Accounting degree preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Minimum three years experience • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while being productive at daily bookkeeping tasks • The ideal candidate will be able to manage self-directed work, meet deadlines and be able to multi-task
