Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to maintain an efficient working environment.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices to clients and partners.
- Monitor accounts and follow up on overdue payments, initiating collections as needed.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.
- Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist the HR department with onboarding new team members.
- Support the finance team with bookkeeping and expense reporting.
- Organize and maintain office files and records, supporting other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office support tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
