BASIC FUNCTIONS: Professionally represent the company mission statement, vision and values while maintaining the financial and accounting records of the company. Utilize established accounting, bookkeeping and clerical procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
Utilize accounting and project management software (RMS, QuickBooks, TSheets)
Comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements
Maintain employee and personnel files
Job costing
Process accounts payable
Process accounts receivable and collections
Process payroll and remit payroll taxes
Perform job cost analysis
Reconciliation of accounts
Office supply inventory
Remit sales and use taxes (Accountant prepared)
Reconcile bank balances and make bank deposits
Perform month end close
Process quarterly and year-end government reporting
Monitor office and overhead expenses
Attend meetings
Report directly to company owner
Miscellaneous job duties as directed
