The Bookkeeper will manage accounts payable and receivable, support office operations, run financial reports, and oversee updates to the company's technology and inventory systems. If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment!
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks®
Maintain vendors, resources, and subcontractors
Complete accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Perform technology backups
Perform technology setup, protection, and tracking
Gather and coordinate hardware and software requirements
Maintain relationships with technology vendors
Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Position Requirements
High school diploma/GED (preferred)
At least 1 year of office and bookkeeping experience (including knowledge of QuickBooks Pro® and collection activities)
Ability to remain detail orientated
Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
