    Are you a meticulous and organized accounting professional who loves keeping things balanced? Tri-County Suburban Realtors is seeking a reliable and detail-driven Bookkeeper to support our daily financial operations and help keep our numbers in check. As our Bookkeeper, you’ll play an essential role in supporting the financial health and smooth operations of the association. You’ll work closely with our accounting team and leadership to handle day-to-day financial tasks, maintain accurate records, and support our membership-based organization’s accounting needs. If you're passionate about precision and enjoy working behind the scenes to support a mission-driven organization, we’d love to meet you! • Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 • Health Insurance • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, payments, and member receipts; manage outstanding balances and ensure timely follow-up. • General Ledger Maintenance : Record transactions, reconcile accounts monthly, and assist with journal entries. • Dues & Membership Billing: Assist with annual dues processing, new member invoicing, and reconciliation of payments to state and national associations. • Financial Reporting : Help prepare basic financial reports and provide supporting documentation for audits and reviews. • Operational Support : Assist with maintaining office supply inventory and occasional administrative support for finance-related tasks. • Customer Service : Provide courteous and timely responses to members and vendors with financial inquiries. Qualifications: • Education & Experience: Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred; 2-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience required. • Tech Skills : Comfortable working with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage), Microsoft Office 365, and membership databases. • Accuracy & Confidentiality: A knack for numbers, a love for organization, and a trustworthy approach to handling sensitive financial information. • Communication & Teamwork: Clear communicator who can work collaboratively with both staff and members. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
