As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our company by managing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting leadership with financial insights. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with QuickBooks Online, a background in construction or small business accounting, and the ability to work closely with an involved leadership team. Compensation & Benefits • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 ( based on experience) • 401(k) matching • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off • Performance-Based Bonus Program Responsibilities: • Accurately manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations • Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting • Monitor cash flow and flag financial discrepancies • Work closely with leadership to develop financial best practices • Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations • Organize and maintain financial documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness Qualifications: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction or small business settings • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (troubleshooting experience is a plus) • Strong understanding of AR/AP, payroll processing, and financial reporting • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to collaborate with leadership and adapt to evolving financial needs • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
