Job Description

Small bookkeeping service in Placentia is looking for full charge bookkeeper. This is not a remote job. Need to be able to handle multiple accounts and work independently. Need knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, collections, bank reconciliation, human resources, payroll processing including certified payroll and payroll tax forms. Construction accounting and plumbing experience a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
