    Job Description

    Bosch is seeking automotive requirements manager/engineer to design and maintain requirements for driver assistance and/or automated driving technologies. The candidate will be expected to work with the solutions architects, platform architects, customer engineering team, and project managers to organize the requirements, ensure traceability, and meet safety and process standards. The requirements managers will need to establish/maintain a process to baseline requirements for deliverables and develop quality metrics to ensure transparency to all stakeholders on the maturity and quality of the deliverables, along with defining process for customer change requests. It will be the requirement manager's job to ensure all requirements are clear, concise, unambiguous, and testable.

    The Requirements manager/engineer is responsible for the correct application of requirement management tools and administrates the handling of project requirements to meet the needs and expectations of customer/internal/external stakeholders. The candidate should be experienced with Automotive SPICE and ISO26262. The ideal candidate would be highly self-motivated and have the willingness to dive right in.

    Below is a highlight of the things you would be working on:

    • Executes requirements management for the whole project (Customer, System, Hardware, Software, Mechanics, etc.)
    • Administrative coordination of project and product requirements
    • Lead Requirement clarification meetings with the customer.
    • Maintain and track the open points internally and with customer.
    • Sets up tool infrastructure and supports team members in usage of tools.
    • Import or document all requirements into the recommended tool (e.g. DOORS)
    • Configuration, monitoring, and baselining of requirements
    • Requirements management for engineering changes (DCR)
    • Ensures end to end traceability as per defined processes.
    • Ensures consistency as per defined processes.
    • Provides report metrics (generate metrics report and share it with relevant stakeholders on timely basis)
    • Ensure compliance with ASPICE with respect to requirements management tools.
    • Participate in the Analysis of the Requirements (analyzing, categorizing, prioritizing)
    • Participate in the elicitation of the relevant project requirements.
    • Checking and reporting the level of completeness towards project management
    • Ensure that the Specification is in line with the customer contract.
    • Flexible, willing to travel (4-6 weeks / year) and participate in test drives (international travel possible)

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
    • 1+ years' experience in DOORS or equivalent tools.
    • Understanding of different levels of requirements (Customer, System, SW)
    • 1+ years' experience in Requirement Traceability.
    • 1+ years' experience in working with multiple stakeholders.

    PREFERRED

    • ASPICE level 2 understanding
    • Familiarity with requirement/tracking metrics (Eg., Splunk dashboards)
    • Experience developing ADAS functions (e.g., rear view camera, surround view camera, park assist, …) 
    • Familiar with ADAS sensor technologies (e.g. LiDAR, Radar, Video, …) 
    • Understanding of functional safety (ISO26262) and security mechanisms
    • Knowledge of JIRA
