Job Description

Event Planners use their eye for design and management skills to oversee an event from the planning and preparation phase through to completion. Their job is to work with one or more departments at a time to help them establish their event needs within a particular budget. They use this information to book caterers, design spaces and create awareness with visual aids and written communications to the guests.  Incunbent is to be focused on driving activities to keep engagement high and the work environment healthy.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Candidates preferred with a relevant academic degree, such as Marketing or Hospitality
• Must be able to commit to a minimum of 6-12 months
• Must be able to commit to a work schedule of 20 hours per week
• U.S. work authorization required, Bosch will not offer sponsorship
• Local applicants preferred - This is an on site, part time, temporary position
