Job Description

The Pick/Pack Operator is responsible for the accurate and efficient picking and packaging of service part orders for shipment to both customers and other service centers:

• Picks service part orders from warehouse
• Packages service part orders for final shipment
• Visually inspects all orders for proper content and packaging
• Organizes delivery orders for proper picking sequence
• Palatalizes and helps load shipments for identified carriers (example UPS)
• Replenishes picking bins and assist in receiving put-a-ways
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Prior warehouse or material handling experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated math skills and ability to work with numbers.
• Demonstrated written communication skills and legible handwriting.
• Physical agility and ability to operate basic office/mfg equipment.
• Ability to operate Powered Industrial Vehicles including a battery powered scissor lift.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
