    This role is hybrid remote with 40% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (2-3 days in office per week)

    Bosch Power Tools North America is seeking a SEO Manager to join our team. Be on the forefront with the Digital Business Touchpoints group as we connect with consumers through unique digital experiences. The SEO Manager is the North American expert for search engine optimization for the Bosch and Dremel brands. This role will define the technical SEO set up, optimize brand websites for increased visibility with a focus on google, and conduct research to identify new areas of opportunity.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Optimize organic search rankings considering user signals (web vitals), on page, technical and off page criteria.
    • Design technical SEO set up, implement and regularly perform internal website audits using Brightedge, Google Search Console & SEMrush to ensure crawlability, indexability as well as to define optimization measures (e.g. meta data optimization).
    • Create keyword researches considering information architecture, internal linking and actively recommend relevant content considering the users search intent (e.g. W-Questions).
    • Close collaboration with our website and user marketing teams to create SEO optimized content in line with our brand values.
    • Define channel specific KPIs and reporting structure to monitor and optimize SEO performance using Google Analytics & Google Search Console.
    • Observe SEO trends to identify new opportunities as well as algorithm changes and derive necessary actions.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree required (marketing or communications degree preferred)
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience driving organic search traffic for enterprise websites, including impact on lead generation and ecommerce
    • Experience in SEO best practices, inclusive of keyword research, technical, on-page, off page and content optimization
    • Working knowledge of SEO tools including google search console, Brightedge, SEMRush and google analytics
    • Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of SEO results and find solutions.
    • Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
    • Knowledge of XML, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS as they relate to SEO
    • Knowledge of web development and experience collaborating with engineers and product development teams to implement SEO strategies
    • Experience with other performance marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, or display
    • Proven track record of complex problem solving, bias for results, and strong communication skills
    • Works cross-functionally to solve problems and execute programs
