    Job Description

    The Key Account Associate role is an integral part of our sales team focused on supporting the rapidly growing hardware channel on the National Accounts team. This role operates as part of a team, supporting our Key Account Managers and Regional Key Account Managers to drive Bosch brand insistence in the commercial construction supply channel.

    Through active account involvement, you assist with day-to-day operations, account maintenance and pricing, sales presentation support, product line review support, sales analysis, customer event support, field executions and other customer level support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Various day-to-day communication and support of key contacts at customer
    • Support with product line reviews, customer meetings, customer presentations
    • Shows and event organization and support
    • Support with key field/customer initiatives – project management, tracking, organization, communication, creation of materials, etc (example – store resets).
    • Support team/customer with online content/e-commerce initiatives
    • New product and pricing setup/management with customer
    • Tracking down and escalating order status and product availability updates
    • Budget tracking and management for the team
    • Analyze sales data to identify account and market opportunity (with direction and collaboration from team).
    • Utilize Excel to develop Power BI interactive reporting tools that generate insight and actionable intel.
    • Participate in account planning and execution including tracking of key initiatives
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    We are looking for assertive, energetic and creative people to join our team. The individual that will succeed in this role will be a mix of operational and analytical mindset. This role requires excellent communication skills. It is highly collaborative, and very detail-oriented.

    • Bachelor’s degree required with Business, Sales, Marketing specialization preferred.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of business environment experience. Customer service, sales, marketing, sales, sales analytics preferred.
    • Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, ability to work well with a team
    • Possess intermediate to advanced level MS Office skills to include PowerPoint, Excel and Word (creating and modifying pivot tables in Excel is necessary).
    • Travel around 20% (heavier during Spring and Fall)
