Architectural Designer

Location: 6 State Of Mind St, Bluffton, SC 29910

PHENOMENAL Architect Firm seeking an Architectural Designer. If you are curious or excited to be a part of some of the most creative and innovative, residential and commercial projects in the Southeast, while working with a collaborative team that inspires and encourages we need to talk!

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist PM or Architect with the input of conceptual, preliminary design/plans and construction documents
• Presentation support drawings/sketches (if applicable)
• Site analysis packages
• Setting up conceptual submittals for clients/neighborhoods
• Research requirements of neighborhood/unique elements regarding a specific design
• Develop technical solutions/details of design program

Qualifications:

• Minimal of 4 year degree in Architecture (or related field) Masters degree preferred
• Minimum 1-3 years minimum experience producing construction drawings for residential and Boutique commercial builds
• Portfolio of 3+ completed and built projects from your construction documents
• Proficient in AutoCad and Revit; Sketch-Up
