    Job Description:

    We're searching for a competent Executive Administrative Assistant in the greater Newton, MA area. This part-time, hybrid role requires 2 hours on-site daily (Monday - Friday) for initial onboarding and training, followed by bi-monthly on-site meetings for strategic collaboration with our Partners.

    Role Focus:

    As an integral part of our team, you'll offer top-tier secretarial and administrative support, ensuring efficiency and organization. Your role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations of our executive team, enhancing their productivity, and streamlining their workflows.

    Responsibilities:

    • Masterful Inbox and Calendar Management
    • Efficient Scheduling of Meetings
    • Crafting and Managing Communications – Memos, Emails, Presentations, Reports
    • Coordinating Travel Arrangements and Expense Reports
    • Diligently Entering Notes into our CRM Tool

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum:
    • 4+ years as an Executive Assistant (multiple leaders support),
    • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
    • G Suite proficiency
    • Multitasking wizard, high confidentiality, prioritization skills, analytical mindset, and strong business acumen.
    • Preferred:
    • Financial Services support experience,
    • Exceptional executive communication,
    • Expert customer service skills.

    Role is a 1099 Independent Contractor role working remotely from your home office. Your hours are flexible, however, you must have availability during normal business hours to meet with your client(s) as this role does not work in conjunction with another full-time position.
