Supervisory Responsibilities:

- Bottle Service Excellence: Provide attentive bottle service to guests in designated areas, ensuring prompt and professional service delivery.
- Guest Engagement: Interact warmly with guests, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Product Knowledge: Educate guests on our selection of premium bottles, cocktails, and offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders, servers, and other team members to maintain a seamless flow of service.
- Upselling and Promotion: Proactively suggest additional items and promotions to enhance guests' experience and increase sales.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in bottle service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Personality: Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least one year of related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing.
- Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds.
- Must be legal drinking age or older.
