Paladin’s Divine Shield is currently seeking qualified professionals to join our Bar Security Team (Bouncers) in support of a well-established and high-volume restaurant and nightclub.

We are looking for dependable, professional individuals who demonstrate strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Candidates must be available to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Ideal applicants will possess the following qualities:

A professional appearance and demeanor

Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills

The ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

Excellent situational awareness and sound decision-making abilities

Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience (preferred but not required)

Selected candidates will be expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism while ensuring compliance with venue policies and maintaining a secure atmosphere.
