Job Description

Opportunity to join a new boutique investment bank led by a former bulge bracket investment banker.

As an Analyst you will be a key player in all aspects of a transaction from pitch to close; you will participate in comprehensive transactional execution work including preparing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analyses, preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations, plus other ad-hoc tasks. You will work seamlessly with senior bankers at the firm and be offered meaningful responsibility. You will gain critical skills of an investment banker and will demonstrate the ability to become a senior officer who is capable of generating and executing his/her own transactions.
